PikiTalk Service Operation Policy
1. Overview of the Operation Policy
The PikiTalk Service Operation Policy establishes clear operational standards to ensure consistency in handling issues that may arise while users utilize the service.
The Company continuously improves policies related to the service and strives to establish a reasonable operation policy by reflecting user feedback. If any changes are made to the operation policy, the Company will notify users at least seven days in advance through announcements.
2. Scope of Application
This operation policy applies to posts within the PikiTalk service. Posts include content such as text, images, photos, videos, and links posted by users within the service. Other matters related to service operation and policies are subject to separate terms of use.
3. Operational Principles
PikiTalk manages its service based on operational policies to ensure a smooth user experience.
• Users may report content or activities that violate the operation policy to the Company, which will review the reports and take appropriate action.
• Even without a report, if the Company detects content or activities violating relevant laws, terms of use, or the operation policy, it may impose sanctions accordingly.
• However, the Company does not intervene in disputes between users or damages caused by individual negligence.
• If a sanction is imposed due to a policy violation, the Company will notify the user via in-service notifications or email. However, exceptions may apply in urgent situations requiring immediate protection.
• Users who disagree with the application of the operation policy may request a review through customer support, and the Company will examine the request and provide the results.
4. Account Operation Policy
PikiTalk provides accounts to users who complete the membership registration process. An account serves as an identification unit for managing service usage records, and the following principles apply.
4.1 Account Regulations
• The user ID is unique within the service and cannot be changed after registration. Users wishing to change their ID must re-register after withdrawing their membership.
• Accounts are personal identification tools and cannot be shared, transferred, or leased to others.
• Users must directly modify their account information through the "My Information" management page. Any disadvantages resulting from failure to update information are the user's responsibility.
4.2 Service Usage Restrictions
The following actions may result in service usage restrictions:
• Creating an account using another person’s personal information or false information.
• Users under 14 registering an account without legal guardian consent.
• Exploiting the system for commercial, advertising, or malicious purposes.
• Disrupting service operations or exploiting security vulnerabilities.
• Selling, transferring, or leasing accounts or attempting to hijack another user's account.
• Repeatedly creating and deleting multiple accounts.
4.3 Master Key Management
PikiTalk issues a blockchain-based master key to enhance security.
• A master key is assigned upon membership registration and reissued when changing the account password.
• The master key is essential for resetting the account password and cannot be recovered if lost. Users must store it securely.
• Changing the account password will also update the master key, so users should take caution.
5. Safety and Respect Policy
PikiTalk prohibits the following content to maintain a safe environment and protect user rights:
• Posts promoting illegal gambling sites.
• Posts advertising or selling illegal or restricted products.
• Posts encouraging or assisting criminal activities.
• Posts sharing prostitution-related information or promoting sexual exploitation.
• Posts inciting discrimination, hate speech, or violence.
• Posts inducing or assisting suicide and group suicide.
• Posts impersonating or deceiving others for fraudulent purposes.
• Posts containing profanity, vulgar language, or content against social norms.
• Malicious activities intended to disrupt the normal operation of the service.
6. Copyright Protection Policy
PikiTalk respects and protects users' copyrights. The following copyright-infringing content is restricted:
• Illegal downloads or links to paid content (images, videos, music, comics, novels, games, software, etc.).
• Posts sharing software activation or authentication information.
• Programs designed to bypass copyright protection measures.
• Posts promoting private game servers or linking to illegal downloads.
• Copyright-infringing content reported to the Company will be reviewed and deleted as necessary, and users may request a review through an appeal process.
7. Child and Youth Protection Policy
PikiTalk strictly prohibits the following content to protect children and youth:
• Posts that sexualize the bodies of children and youth.
• Posts containing sexual harassment.
• Posts related to the production, distribution, or provision of child sexual exploitation material.
• Posts related to sexual violence prohibited by law.
• Posts dehumanizing children and youth.
Violations may result in immediate suspension of the user's account and potential reporting to law enforcement authorities.
8. Ensuring Service Reliability and Security
PikiTalk restricts actions that interfere with normal service operations:
• Posting content using automated tools (e.g., macros, bots).
• Posting excessive content unrelated to the purpose of the service.
• Posting the same or similar promotional, advertising, or sales-related content repeatedly.
9. Usage Restrictions and Sanctions
If a user violates the operation policy, the Company may take the following actions:
• Deletion or concealment of problematic posts.
• Warnings or restrictions on service usage (temporary or permanent suspension).
• Termination of the service contract (for serious violations).
Users may appeal usage restriction decisions through customer support, and the Company will review the request and provide a response.
Supplementary Provisions
• This operation policy takes effect on March 05, 2023.
Partnership and proposals will be officially reviewed only for cases received through the email below,
